Transcoding Sony a1 XAVC HS to ProRes for Final Cut Pro X
Step 1. Install the Mac 8K Converter program and run it. Drag the Sony a1 .mp4 files to the MP4 to FCP X Converter. Or you can also click “Add file” button on the top of the main interface to import video to the program.
